These Professional, High Quality LCD displays are the ideal solution when textual or DOOH application images have to be viewed outdoors. The sophisticated cabinet fully protects the display and electronics from the weather and also from attack by vandals. This makes it ideal for public houses, bars, public buildings, shopping malls, police stations, sports centres in fact anywhere where information has to be presented outside a building.

The "Outdoor" can be a standard data monitor with the cable connections entering via the special rear sealed input board. Alternatively, it can have an optional, fully integrated PC and thus operate as a single digital signage display or as part of a digital signage network.

The advanced design of the steel and aluminium cabinet enables the removal of the PC for repair or substitution and to replace the protective glass if it becomes damaged, without the need to de-install the monitor.

There are two versions of the outdoor a 40" version with a standard screen behind a replaceable 4+4 laminated safety glass or a 42" transflective version which is equally well protected.

A transflective layer inside these special panels combined with an anti-reflective layer on the screen, lowers reflection from the sun and enables the panel to reflect the sunlight back through the TFT layer. This enhances the transmitted light from the backlights and makes the image on the screen viewable in direct sunlight.

The "Outdoor" can be used in Landscape or Portrait mode using the special wall bracket available. They are supplied in a silver grey finish.
