Brief history and our new future:

Established in the UK in 1981 and working with our Italian manufacturing company, Hantarex originally specialised in the supply of CRT monitors for Airports, Railway stations and the rapidly expanding Games Machine industry.

In common with many other successful Companies, Hantarex was started in the house of one of the original Directors and it has built up to the international trading company it is today. In this our 26^th year of operation our experience and expertise in the supply and development of electronic information display systems and technologies is a valuable commodity. Our original range of monitors included cased and uncased products, games machine monitors and a range of unique stackable units that became the recognised standard for video walls around the world. Many of these popular monitors are still available but technology and Hantarex has moved on to a new range of specialised LCD and Plasma products built to the same high standard. The destiny of Hantarex was and remains linked to its dedicated manufacturing unit in Milan - Italy, which had evolved in the electronic field since 1965 passing from:

·          producing some of the first black and white TVs

·          producing the first multiple frequency radios

·          producing the first PC monitors

·          producing industrial monitors for airports and train stations

·          and since 2000, producing plasma and LCD televisions

In early April 2003 a consortium of dedicated investors who recognised the achievements of the original company and the tremendous potential of the business, its products and services bought the Hantarex business. By developing and introducing a 21st century product range and a business and trading ethic to go with it, along with a new management team from within the consortium, we are up-to-date in every respect.

Our range of products is expanding every day and visitors to our web site need to make it a regular experience to stay fully informed. We have a reputation for producing solid professional products for industry and now we offer a full range of Plasma and LCD products in every conceivable style for Consumers and the Professional user. We do not distribute to the “High Street” and generally only ever sell the Professional range through qualified installers and system integrators.
